1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the PinRadar.io Chrome extension ("Extension"), the PinRadar.io dashboard ("Dashboard"), or visiting the PinRadar.io website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension, Dashboard, or Website.

2. Description of Service

PinRadar.io provides Pinterest analytics capabilities through a Chrome browser extension and an online dashboard. The service operates on a freemium model:

Free Tier (no account required): Real-time stats overlay on Pinterest pins, including saves, repins, likes, comments, and viral score badges.
Full Access (free Licence Key required): All features including scraping, auto-scroll, keyword research, CSV export, HD media downloads, pin manager, board analytics, pinner analytics, category tree, annotations, sort, and filter capabilities.

A Licence Key is obtained by creating a free account through Google OAuth authentication on the Dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of PinRadar.io, you must create an account using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you agree that:

You will provide accurate information through your Google account
You are at least 13 years of age
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Licence Key
You will not share your Licence Key with others or use it on more than the allowed number of devices
You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent device limits
You will not use disposable or temporary email addresses

4. Licence Key

Upon registration, you may generate a free Licence Key that unlocks all PinRadar features. The Licence Key is subject to the following terms:

Each account is entitled to one (1) Licence Key
Each Licence Key may be activated on up to three (3) devices simultaneously
The Licence Key does not expire under normal use
We reserve the right to revoke a Licence Key if these Terms are violated
The Licence Key is personal and non-transferable
You may manage your devices from the Dashboard at any time

5. License

PinRadar.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension and Dashboard for personal and commercial Pinterest analytics purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Extension itself
Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Extension in any way that could harm Pinterest or its users
Attempt to bypass the Licence Key validation or device limit system
Use automated tools to create accounts or generate Licence Keys

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Complying with Pinterest's Terms of Service when using the Extension
Respecting intellectual property rights of content you access through the Extension
Using downloaded media in accordance with applicable copyright laws
Not using the Extension for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
Keeping your Licence Key confidential and not sharing it with unauthorized users

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, Dashboard, and Website, including but not limited to code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by PinRadar.io. Copyright 2026 PinRadar.io. All rights reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION, DASHBOARD, AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Pinterest data displayed by the Extension.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PINRADAR.IO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, DASHBOARD, OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE ACCOUNTS).

10. Pinterest Relationship

PinRadar.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. The Extension interacts with Pinterest's public web interface and does not use any private or restricted APIs.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your Licence Key at any time if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in abusive behavior or misuse the service
You attempt to circumvent security measures or device limits
You create multiple accounts using different Google accounts

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension or Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
