1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the PinRadar.io Chrome extension ("Extension"), the PinRadar.io dashboard ("Dashboard"), or visiting the PinRadar.io website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension, Dashboard, or Website.

2. Description of Service

PinRadar.io is a Chrome browser extension that provides Pinterest analytics capabilities, along with an online dashboard for account and licence management. The service operates on a freemium model:

Free Tier (no account required): Real-time stats overlay on Pinterest pins, including saves, repins, likes, comments, viral score badges, pin age, keyword volume display, hide ads/AI pins, dark mode, and vault storage (up to 10 pins).
Pro Tier (paid subscription required): All Pro features including CSV export, Board Spy, bulk ZIP downloads, Sort Feed by metric, Content Gap Detector, Keyword Annotations, Pin Manager (unlimited vault), Auto-Scroll, and all future Pro features.

3. Paid Plans & Billing

3.1 Plans Available

PinRadar Pro is available in three plans:

Monthly: $8/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
Annual: $29/year, billed annually, save 70%
Lifetime: $49 one-time payment, never expires

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PinRadar never stores your payment card information. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Contact [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Refunds requested after 7 days are at our sole discretion.

3.4 Cancellation

Monthly and Annual plans can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime plans do not expire and require no cancellation.

3.5 Licence Key

Upon successful payment, a Licence Key is generated and linked to your account. This key activates Pro features in the Chrome extension. Licence Keys are personal, non-transferable, and limited to 3 simultaneous active devices. You may manage your registered devices from your dashboard at any time.

4. Free Tier

The free tier of PinRadar provides stats overlay, viral scores, pin age, keyword volume display, hide ads/AI pins, dark mode, and vault storage (up to 10 pins). No account or payment is required to use free features. Free features will always remain available at no cost.

5. Data & Privacy

Pinterest analytics data is processed 100% locally in your browser. No Pinterest browsing data is transmitted to PinRadar servers. When you create an account, we collect your email address (via Google OAuth) and a randomly generated device identifier for licence key management. All payments are handled by Stripe — PinRadar does not store payment card information. See our Privacy Policy at pinradar.io/privacy for full details.

6. Account Registration

To access Pro features of PinRadar.io, you must create an account using Google OAuth and purchase a Pro plan. By creating an account, you agree that:

You will provide accurate information through your Google account
You are at least 13 years of age
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Licence Key
You will not share your Licence Key with others or use it on more than 3 devices
You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent device limits or payment requirements
You will not use disposable or temporary email addresses

7. License

PinRadar.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension and Dashboard for personal and commercial Pinterest analytics purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Extension itself
Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Extension in any way that could harm Pinterest or its users
Attempt to bypass the Licence Key validation, device limit, or payment system
Use automated tools to create accounts or generate Licence Keys

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Complying with Pinterest's Terms of Service when using the Extension
Respecting intellectual property rights of content you access through the Extension
Using downloaded media in accordance with applicable copyright laws
Not using the Extension for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
Keeping your Licence Key confidential and not sharing it with unauthorized users

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension, Dashboard, and Website, including but not limited to code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by PinRadar.io. Copyright 2026 PinRadar.io. All rights reserved.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION, DASHBOARD, AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Pinterest data displayed by the Extension.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PINRADAR.IO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, DASHBOARD, OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PINRADAR.IO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Pinterest Relationship

PinRadar.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. The Extension interacts with Pinterest's public web interface and does not use any private or restricted APIs.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke your Licence Key at any time if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in abusive behavior or misuse the service
You attempt to circumvent security measures, device limits, or payment systems
You create multiple accounts using different Google accounts to avoid payment

In cases of termination due to Terms violation, no refund will be issued. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension or Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes (e.g., pricing changes), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
